Was the perfect way to start our time in Rome, ending in time to go for a drink before adventuring to dinner. Michelle is friendly, has great stories to explain the history in an interesting and fun way, took us to some local spots where I had the best gelato of my Life! I mean the authentic gelato you hear about and topped with the freshest whipped cream. Book a tour you will not be disappointed. We will be booking our transfer home and likely another tour that’s how much we liked it. An excellent tour company and great way to explore Rome if you are short on time as we were able to hit a lot of the major landmarks. Our private tour guide had a wealth of history and understanding of Roma and helped to conceptualize the city. The best part was having it be a private tour so we could spend as much time or as little time in places of interest. We got so much out of our 3-hour tour including our great host, Michele, who had great recommendations for further exploration after the tour. An added benefit is the guide can pick up and drop off wherever so the tour can fit seamlessly into whatever else you may have planned for the day. Rome is notoriously exhausting to navigate, but this breezy, open-air ride allowed us to effortlessly zip through narrow back alleys that big tour buses can’t touch, taking us right up to iconic sights like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Our fantastic local guide showed us incredible hidden piazzas and panoramic viewpoints most tourists miss, all while keeping us entertained with fascinating history and stopping for the best local gelato. See every thing Rome has to offer up close from comfortable golf cart. Michele is fantastic, his knowledge of history is very impressive and his hospitality incredible. In addition to the main attractions, he took us to lesser known spots that locals enjoy and made every effort to customize our tour to our preferences. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour and guide.
